Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HanCut.ai (the "Service"), operated by Linkee Solution, LLC ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account

• You may sign up using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any third party.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Points and Payments

• Points are a prepaid credit used to generate images within the Service.
• Points have no expiration date.
• Purchased points are generally non-refundable, except in the case of billing errors or service termination.
• Bonus points issued through promotions are not eligible for refunds.
• Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

5. AI-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of images generated through the Service using your inputs.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated images for internal service improvement purposes only.
• AI results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations.
• Generated images are stored for 30 days and then automatically deleted.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of others without their explicit consent.
• Generate obscene, hateful, or violent content.
• Use the Service to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the Service.
• Use automated tools to submit bulk requests.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKEE SOLUTION, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
